The Marine-Luchtvaartdienst (The Naval Air Service) (part of the Dutch navy) did have a flag from 1943 till 1962: the national tricolour with a white disc in the centre charged with the badge in full colour. However, I think it wasn't used as an ensign but as a flag next to the national flag.

MLD badge

[MLD-badge] by Mark Sensen, 21 Apr 2005

The badge is at this webpage - information:
"A round shield of azure with in the center an orange disk, in base charged with 4 wavy bars argent; the shield surrounded by a border of "Nassaus blauw" (dark blue), charged with in top "MARINE" and in bottom "LUCHTVAARTDIENST" in Latin letters argent; shield and border separated by a ring argent and all charged with a flying eagle or; shield and border wreathed by an orange branch vert, placed on two anchors in saltire or and surmounted by the Royal Crown; below the wreath of rays a wavy ribbon azure charged with "AERA POSSIDEO AC MARE" (in the air as well as at sea I am master) in Latin letters argent (Beschikking 645391/131192 of 26 Apr 1963).
The emblem is derived from the flag of the MLD, granted by Royal Resolution 2 of 2 Dec 1943. The flag was replaced 18 Aug 1962 by Royal Resolution 131 by a standard, by which the flag was cancelled. The MLD thereupon placed the emblem in a service emblem. It refers to the activities of this service over land and seas."
